Master Electromancer

Prerequisites: level 8, lightning warrior (page 21), lightning strike (page 27)

Lightning Tempest (major, targets all creatures in area 8, 3 AP): Magic vs. Dodge, 4d8 lightning damage. The area becomes hard terrain.
Persistent Shock (major): Target an area 8 of hard terrain created by the Lightning Tempest spell within the last minute. All creatures in the area take d8 lightning damage and you may slide them up to a number of spaces equal to your intelligence.
